FORCE FITNESS: A great cardio workout using the step, jump rope, calisthenics, and one pound hand weights in one minute intervals. Force Fitness is easy to follow and fun to do! All levels.

PILATES: Come and see what Hollywood is raving about! Pilates concentrates on building the “powerhouse” consisting of the abdominals, back and glutes. Concentrates on developing the core to develop the strength of the body. This class is done primarily on the floor using a mat and Pilate's circle. All levels.

BAGLESS KICKBOXING: A one hour class consisting of a full length impact cardio kickboxing class using just your strength and powerful moves, not the bag, to work the body. Then finish your workout with intensive abs and stretching. All levels.

YOGA: Fitness Yoga combines traditional Yoga poses and stretching to provide a great total body workout for the athletic club atmosphere.  Increase your flexibility and feel better. All levels.
